Residential Painting

Organizing your whole-house painting project is second nature for us.

From preparation, to paint, to clean up. We take care of it all. At the end of every day, we clean up and put away all of our materials so you can enjoy your home.

Painting homes that are currently occupied tends to be the norm. A space filled with furnishings require additional preparation. Respecting the fact that folks need to live there while the work is being done require planning and care.

First steps mean moving furniture to the middle of the room. Next is the removal of wall fixtures. Clean tarps are laid on the floor and all the furniture is protected with plastic. Nail holes and cracks are plastered. When dry, they are sanded and primed. To prevent plaster dust from spreading throughout the house, a vacuum is attached to the sander. Window and door openings are taped over including plaster to further trap any dust. The walls are now smooth and dust free. Gaps in the baseboard caulked before the final coat of paint. Once the paint is dry, all of the fixtures are re-hung. Floors are vacuumed and furniture is returned to it’s previous location.
